CONDITIONS
Reserve
As soon as we receive your reservation, we will give you instructions of how to make an advance payment of 20% of total price, which is required for a valid booking.
Payment
You will have to pay in cash the rest of the payment and the guarante, on your arrival to the apartment.
Arrival
A person of our team will be there that day, to deliver the keys and give all explanations required, and to make you sign the touristic rental contract.
